The Reserve Residences are a part of the exciting URA Master Plan for Bukit Timah.
With the Urban Redevelopment Authority’s (URA) Master Plan 2019, Bukit Timah is getting a new infusion of green lungs, heritage spots and better connectivity, all of which are set to enhance its enduring allure for generations to come. You can see how the Government is planning for Bukit Timah to remain as an established housing area that remains a popular choice for residental living with a good mix of housing options.

Bukit Timah will have a new one-stop integrated facility with a Community Club, redeveloped market & hawker centre at the doorstep of Beauty World MRT station. And guess who is right next to Beauty World MRT Station. Yes, https://thereserveresidences-sg.com The Reserve Residences !
URA envisions the Beauty World precinct to be “a green urban village that will be a centre of community life and southern gateway into Bukit Timah’s nature attractions”. The rejuvenated Beauty World neighbourhood will “offer a lushly landscaped and attractive living environment that is well connected to the surrounding nature attractions. It should include thoughtfully-designed public spaces and pedestrian networks that are well integrated with transport and community uses.”
The opening of Beauty World MRT on the Downtown Line in 2015 brought increased human traffic into the neighbourhood and an impetus for change. URA announced later that the site next to Beauty World will instead be developed into an integrated transport hub. According to the URA, this site will include a community club, a redeveloped market, hawker centre, indoor sports hall, community library and an elderly facility, in addition to a retail and private residential component.
Bukit Timah-Rochor Green Corridor will add to the Reserve Residences at Jalan Anak Bukit
The Bukit Timah-Rochor Green Corridor will also connect to the upcoming Rail Corridor, a 24km continuous green stretch that will link Woodlands in the north to Tanjong Pagar in the south. Once a train line that connected Singapore and the Malay peninsula, it will serve as a green spine enthralling visitors with historic railway structures, wildlife like laced woodpeckers and striped tit-babblers, and colourful flora and fauna. The historic Bukit Timah Railway Station, a key highlight of the Rail Corridor, will be transformed into a heritage gallery and community space.
